1. How ordering works right now
In this version of the Site there is no cart, checkout, or online payment. Every product is listed as sold out, and instead of buying you submit an inquiryfor the product you’re interested in.
Here’s the flow:
- You submit an inquiry with your name, email, and message.
- We reply to confirm current availability, pricing, and how a shipment would work.
- If you’d like to proceed, we arrange the order, payment, and shipping with you directly and in writing.
Nothing is charged or shipped automatically — an inquiry is a conversation, not a completed order. See our Terms of Service for more on how inquiries work.
2. Where we ship
Peptide Garage is a Canadian business and we are focused on shipping within Canada. If you’re outside Canada, you’re welcome to send an inquiry, but we may not be able to arrange delivery, and any cross-border shipment is subject to the import laws of the destination country — which are your responsibility to understand and comply with.
3. Processing and delivery times
Because orders are arranged individually after an inquiry, we don’t advertise a fixed “next-day dispatch” or guaranteed delivery window. Once an order is confirmed, we’ll give you a realistic handling and delivery estimate for your specific shipment based on the product, its availability, and your location within Canada.
Delivery is handled by third-party carriers, and once a package is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control. We’ll share tracking information where it’s available.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are quoted at the time your order is confirmed, based on the shipping method and destination. We’ll always tell you the shipping cost before anything is arranged, so there are no surprises. We don’t currently advertise “free shipping” thresholds — any pricing is confirmed directly with you.
5. Packaging and handling
Research materials are packaged appropriately for their form to help protect them in transit. Some products may be temperature-sensitive; where that’s the case we’ll discuss suitable handling and storage with you when arranging the shipment. It is your responsibility to store and handle materials correctly on arrival, in line with good laboratory practice and our Research-Use-Only Disclaimer.
6. When your order arrives
Please inspect your package promptly on delivery. If it arrives damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@peptidegarage.com with your details and photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
7. Returns and refunds
Because these are research materials whose integrity depends on proper handling and storage, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been arranged and shipped — all sales are final once arranged. This protects the quality and safety of materials for everyone.
The exception is where something has clearly gone wrong on our end. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and you’ve told us within the window above, we’ll arrange a replacement or another fair resolution at our discretion. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law.
8. Research use only
Everything we ship is supplied strictly for laboratory research use and is not for human or veterinary consumption. By arranging an order you confirm you will use, store, and dispose of materials in accordance with all applicable laws and good laboratory practice.
9. Questions?
If anything here isn’t clear, or you want to check how an order would work before you inquire, email support@peptidegarage.com or use our contact page.
